Our comprehensive eye examinations include wide field retinal photography at no extra charge with the Optos camera. The majority of practices do not offer even basic retinal photography or if they do will charge extra for this valuable service. If you haven’t seen pictures of your retinas, now is the time.
We will also test your peripheral vision, measure the shape of your corneas, measure your pressures, and take a 3D view of your central retinas, as well as other specialized testing as indicated.

Dr. Nix and his associate doctors will take the time to custom tailor your contact lenses to give you the best comfort and vision possible. We fit daily, bi-weekly and monthly disposable contact lenses. We fit custom toric lenses for astigmatism and multifocal contact lenses. We have an extensive collection of trial contact lenses including Acuvue, Bausch and Lomb, Cooper Vision, and many other brands.
Pediatric exams: Children should be examined prior to starting preschool to ensure that they are getting off to a good start sooner if you notice anything unusual about their eyes. We have the equipment and patience to take care of your child.
